Singer, songwriter and pop vocalist, Caryn Dixon has been performing and writing since the age of 13. Born in North Carolina and raised in western Pennsylvania, Caryn is the oldest of 7 children from a homeschooling family that focused strongly on the arts. With a house filled with writers, artists and musicians, creative influence was never hard to find.

Her teen years were spent listening to songwriters such as Jewel and Sarah Mclachlan and performing with blue bands and gospel choirs. This combination of story telling and soulful inspiration truly helped shape her  sound.  Her spunky & soulful style, can best be described as indie/folk/pop with a hint of Americana influence.

An experienced songwriter, Caryn has spent the past decade of her career carving several milestones; including charting a single at #16  on the FMQB Adult Contemporary Charts next to artists like Kelly Clarkson and Maroon 5. She has recently landed licenses with MTV, TLC, Discovery and E Network where you can currently find her original songs on popular TV shows such as Total Divas and Keeping up with The Kardashians.

In addition to songwriting, Caryn performs in acoustic venues, wineries, clubs and colleges throughout the northeast and also offers mentoring services to start up musicians to help them build strong platforms for launching successful music careers.
